“The character of the castle is excellent. Christian toured me around the proper and is a superb concierge. The room itself is lacking. It smells strongly of mildew. Carpeting is worn. Amenities like coffee and cookies need an update. The food at dinner was overly salted and the service declined during the dinner - strong start and a weak finish.”
