“Rooms are satisfactory and some face the town and mount Kazbegi, offering amazing views. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems. “Unfortunately, our experience at Suatis Hotel was quite disappointing. Check-in took almost 45 minutes because their credit card system was not working. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was being asked if I had enough money on my card, which I found very inappropriate and unnecessary.
