“Clean and quiet”

“The ice maker on our floor did not work at all during our stay. There was a problem with our reservation. So on the morning before my flight, I called the number that they provide and spoke to customer service and I was assured that they had all the information needed and that my reservation was all set. But-Our reservation was canceled on us while we were in the air. Upon landing, we received a message that said since I had not called to confirm my information, they gave my room to someone……

“This property was perfect for our trip! It is only a couple blocks from the pedestrian bridge to the Nissan Stadium, Broadway for shopping, dining and bars to enjoy all the Nashville music, and the Hall of Fame is just a couple blocks as well. The airport is only a 15 minute drive. The room/apartment was very nicely decorated, with a full kitchen, nice bath and blackout curtains in the bedroom. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel is pretty close to downtown, within walking distance. And the hotel is cute and quaint. However, the rooms are very tiny, not practical for staying more than two days. There was no room for our luggage. There’s no closet space or drawers and the walls are so thin, you can hear everything upstairs.”

“Visited Nashville for a Morgan Wallen concert and had no idea where to stay. I am so glad I selected this hotel. It is exceptionally clean! The room was very nice has the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. Everyone at check in was super nice, especially Louise and Gabriella. The hotel also has such a nice fragrance throughout the property. ”
