“The owner quickly resolved a communication error to our satisfaction. Nice clean property”

“This property was very cute and well appointed. Very charming and clean. Loved the extra touches of the homemade pumpkin bread loaf and welcome note on the table for us. Just one note that is not visible from the pictures is that this place is nestled between the main house and several work barns and a workshop/business. It was very quiet while we were there on a Saturday night and Sunday morning but not sure what it would be like during the work week.”

“The home is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious. We recommend staying here for your next trip to Portland/Nashville area. I will book again if I’m back in town. ”

“We stayed here for one night after a race just outside Nashville, and it was the perfect place to rest and recover. The listing is exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and great quality throughout. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, the hot tub was a huge bonus, and the entire setting felt almost magical. “Fantastic place to stay. Great communication. Peace and quiet rule the day and night. Easy drive to Nashville. Looking forward to a return visit.”

“Great place to stay for the weekend!”

“Wonderful stay at a great price. Highly recommend!”

“The picture of the treehouse is actually three different treehouses in one so we were a bit disappointed in the small accommodations. Our hot tub was down the stairs and we fought wasps and bees for an hour before giving up. Never met our hosts, no ice or fridge and separate bathroom. No one talked to us at all and we felt a little weird there. It was super cute inside, just small.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially because many of these same concerns were mentioned in reviews from 2024 and still have not been addressed.Upon arrival, we found multiple windows unlocked, which raised safety concerns. The home was not as clean as expected: the floors were spotted and appeared not to have been vacuumed, there were dead bugs in the corners, and cobwebs were visible on the kitchen faucet and front porch. The tub and shower leaked, leaving the bath mats……

“We had a great stay and felt very welcomed. The house was thoughtfully decorated and very cute. ”
