“This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.”

“They offerred very spacious suite twin room with 4 double bed for us. Actually I booked and paid for twin room only. The room and bed was clean and comfort. The staff are very helpful and nice. Even I came back to collect my suitcases after checking out for 3 days, they still show their kindness and help. Also, very good breakfast was available.”

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……
