“Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. The spa is perfect, and they will……

“Was appreciative that Donny, the owner met us at 6 am for a super early check in. The house though old has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location, a short walk to San Pedro market and Plaza de Armas, is a big plus.”

“This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.”

“Good location very near the main square. Beautiful and cozy room. There’s even a jacuzzi. Very professional service from Angela/Harry/ the front desk team, trying to arrange and fulfill all our requests. They even offered us packed breakfast when I told them we plan to leave early for day trips. Overall one of the best hotel during my trip in South America and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. ”
