“I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi……

“Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. ”

“First things I would like to say is I must definitely use this hotel again. This hotel would be a so comfortable place for me. This hotel has the best location in Cebu city. We should eat breakfast at the hotel here,the breakfast she cooks will be the best as for my thought on. The staff working at this hotel are very kind ,friendry,genuine attitude and sincere,so I was able to have a great time. I look forward to staying at Lilie hotel again. ”
