“We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.”

“Lovely suite, great location. Well stocked kitchen - enough dishes and cutlery - and dish soap, cloths, etc. Pool towels available. Ample parking with easy access to your room. Lovely balcony to sit outside. The only down side was no deep pool - maximum depth of 5 ft. Would stay here again.”
