“Pros:
Lovely room
High quality accomodation
Friendly staff at check in and in the health centre
Cons:
The balcony area could of been cleaned ready for our arrival -bird poo and cob webs everywhere.
There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom cabinet, therefore very difficult to dry and do my hair. Would really benefit from having a long mirror next to a plug point.
The drinks and food at dinner took a very long time to arrive. The food was delicious but took a long time.

“The apartments are in impeccable condition and ideally located with free ample parking. We staying in the Prestbury suite for 2 weeks and the Battledown suite for a week. Sarah was a gracious host who ensured that our check in and transition from one suite to the other was smooth. Sarah gave us some advice on what to do in the Cotswolds and she was spot on! Just yesterday, Sarah wrote to us to let us know that we had left something behind and she was going to sent it to us by post to Canada.……
