“Interior was VERY clean with exception of oven which had a pool of grease in the bottom which activated the smoke alarm when the oven was preheated. I needed to clean it before it could be used. It has rustic charm and well equipped kitchen with comfortable living space. Bed was comfortable but very difficult to get good sleep due to plastic mattress pad that crunched with any slight movement. We did see one mouse scurry under the stove as well as entering a crevice from a gap in the exterior……
