“The place was spotless and comfortable. The beds have high quality mattresses!”

“The house was super clean and Katherine communicated very well.”

“Thank you for a great day. Great communication. We will be back.”

“One of our elders was staying there the first night by herself and a very intoxicated lady came knocking on the door at 11:00 at night. The tenant thought it was the other 2 tenants coming early so she opened the door, the intoxicated lady proceeded to come in with her 2 dogs and started chattering about refunding her money and not allowing anyone to stay. I sent a message the next morning for someone to call me but never heard back from anyone.”

“The house looks like the photos and the kitchen is really nice. Other parts of the house could use some TLC. Outside the house the garbage can was full & stinky and there were cardboard boxes on the ground. We could not get the key lockbox to open. I tried calling the owner but her phone wasn’t taking calls. I sent a message through VRBO and she responded saying that it was pretty hot and maybe that’s why the box wouldn’t open. We had been on the road from Waco and were hot & tired ourselves.……

“Cute and clean with great extra house amenities. Beds were comfortable, and Matt was attentive and accommodating.”

“My wife and I stayed in the spotted Leopard for a week. We were supposed to have a different room but they doubled booked. The listing stated the location sleeps two. However there were only a twin bed. The room itself was small but nice. The sleeping arrangements was terrible for two people.”

“I arrived but the place was not there! I called and texted the host twice with no response. After waiting 15 minutes with no answer, I contacted Vrbo. They were unable to reach the host. After waiting 45 minutes at the location I finally gave up. The host finally texted me almost 2 hours later stating they had sold the business!”

“just a few suggestion for the host, needs to leave instructions in the house on how to work the hot tub and what needs to be done when leaving. it also sleeps 8 which we were but the kitchen table only sits 4 very small and no bar stools at the bar.”

“Be warned, I’m sure the owner is well-meaning but she doesn’t appear to be very organized. This property was booked by another family through another site during our stay so we had to find a last minute hotel instead. Still waiting on refund almost a week later.”

“Family friendly and location was great!”

“Property was double booked. Had to make alternative arrangements.”

“Amazing home! Very clean and has everything you want for a fun weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again!”

“Awesome location…quiet neighborhood with plenty of food and grocery options.”

“Easy access, very cute little house with plenty of room. The fenced yard was great for our dog. Can’t say anything bad about our stay!”

“House is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Beds are a little too firm but when something is new that’s to be expected. There was a hitch with the shower doors in the king size room first door to the right upstairs down the hall. We had to put a towel between the doors to keep them closed while showering or else water would be all over the floor. These things aren’t major but needed to be made aware. We loved it and will definitely share this home and look forward to booking again next year if……

“The property was just as described on the website. It was in excellent condition and we used all six bedrooms and bathrooms. It provided our family who had come in from five states with privacy, good meals and fun activities on the property. I highly recommend it.”

“Our stay was amazing! The property is top notch and check in was seamless. Any questions I had were quickly answered. ”
