“Is this an old motel? Absolutely. Is it run down? Absolutely not. Yes, it has that 90s vibe with dated furniture, carpet, and an old-school phone, but it’s surprisingly well-kept. The sheets looked clean—no visible stains or hair (maybe I was lucky, but I appreciated it). Towels were neatly hung, and even the toilet paper was folded nicely. “Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes.
