“Very clean, mattress was comfortable. Shower floor is slippery, there should be more grab bars for stibility. My wife and I are in our 70’s”

“Poor quality gym. Useless pool hours. Overall quality of facility was poor upkeep. Smelled of cigarette and dope smoke. No sound proofing. The neighbor was having a party at 2 in the morning. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are.”

“The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room……

“Absolutely would stay again. Charming building, you can tell a lot of love has been put into preservation of the home's history and character. The room we stayed in was very large and it was lovely. We hated to leave. Excited to visit again this Holiday season!”

“An unpleasant place—there was a terrible stench of cigarette smoke everywhere, and two people were smoking marijuana by the pool. It was filthy; there were cigarette butts all over the stairs and floor, and the floors weren't swept. In the room, the bathtub was stained with something unknown, and there were even tiny spiders on the wall. Honestly, it was a nasty hotel.”
