“First the door wouldnt open, even after re-keying the card, then when we got a new room, (upstairs) the stairs were dark and creaky. We got into the room and the smell was awful. Like hit you in the face, make you take a step back awful. The bed was ok, but the pillows were flat. The shower was dirty, and the water was hard to turn on and only ran HOT or COLD. No in between. We would up leaving early.”
