“On arrival the apartment was very very dirty, it was obvious it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time or rather not at all. The curtains in the main bedroom were hanging by only a few hooks. The dishes from the previous time was still in the dishwasher and clearly it was in there for a long time, even the dirt was growing. We had no water in the kitchen as the maintenance guys did not open the valve after they replaced the washing machine. There were no pots and hardly any cooking utensils,……

“The place is hard to find. Except for the name of street, they didn't give any other reference. When I finally get there, there's no one at the reception for me. The guardians ended up calling the manager who was rude on the phone and said I said I should have called before stopping by, which is completely insane!”

“The property is exactly how it’s showing on the pictures. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in an hr before the time. The staff are very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. The property is in a very good location close to restaurants city centre shopping centre and everything you need when you are on a self catering holiday. My son even visited the Lounge which is 2 mins from the property so the area is good for a nightlife.”

“Aura suites was a great respite from the noise, congestion and heat of Dar es Salaam. Great shower, bed, wi-Fi, tv, space. There was a safe in the room— very convenient. Nice supermarket next door. Really enjoyed our stay. ”
