Contemporary 2BR apartment located under the new Blackwater Bikes shop right in downtown Davis. Enjoy access to the outdoor patio & firepit with beautiful views of the Blackwater River.

Walk or ride one of the two bike cruisers to all of your favorite Davis spots, including Stumptown Brewery, the Billy Motel, and Hellbender Burritos. Thomas is just two miles away and hosts many fabulous art galleries and live music.

Great space!

The location was perfect - close to town, easy to find. We loved the outdoor space and met some nice people that were staying in the same location. I was initially concerned about not having A/C with the current temps and humidity but the fans and the fact that the unit is underground basically, we were quite comfortable. The dehumidifier helps tremendously!
