“We were in town to attend Dayton Days fall Festival. Our hosts Brent & Jen went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed during our stay. The house was perfect for our needs, and the location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Without hesitation I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. It was peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. “The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay……
