Perfect for a short getaway

Arrived Friday afternoon and left Sunday morning . I was in town for a 2 day course. The unit was clean, comfortable and basic enough for my needs. My goal was to be able to walk the beach each day, which I did, including sunrise Sunday. Relax in the evening on the balcony with a book and wine after my walk, it was lovely. I ate breakfast at Adam’s Egg both mornings which is on property, that was a big bonus. Great food. Opened at 7:00 made it easy to have full breakfast before my class at 9:00 Comfort level, bed not too hard, not too soft. Temperature was fine. Bathroom is tight, but functional. Shower water pressure also good. Kitchen was used just for coffee and snack making. Appreciated the full size fridge as I had ice packs with me, and lunch food. Couch very firm, sat mostly on the bed or at the high top table.Also enjoyed full cable tv as I am not a “streamer”. Most VRBOs only offer streaming I would stay here again. Just for the beach access, the comfortable bed and the price…oh and to go to Adam’s Egg again.

This place was nice Watch the sunrise from your bed or balcony. Watched a rocket launch from the balcony with a bit of a stretch, better off walking down to the patio or beach. We will definitely stay here again. and cozy and clean.

Great view!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We arrived very late (2 am) and had difficulty locating the unit. I called the owner and she answered! She was so helpful. I had a couple of other questions during my stay and she addressed them immediately. The room is perfect for two people and the view is very relaxing. The building itself could use some repairs and updating, but I would stay here again on my next trip.

Perfect location.

We had a great time at this place. We stay in Daytona 3/4 times a year and usually stay at a place a bit further north. It was booked and we were bummed. But, going this place and couldn’t have asked for a better place. So simple to get in and out of and will definitely look for it again when booking our next Stay

Love the view!

The place was as described on the site. Updated and clean. View was great! My only complaint would be that it wasn't communicated that there was not any direct beach access during our stay. I understood why there wasn't access but wish I had known that before going. The site was under construction repairing damage from a hurricane. After walking around the property for a few minutes, we did find a path that ran alongside the property that we were able to get to the beach from. I would stay here again.

Anniversary get away

The inside was nice and just right for the two of us, the outside needs some tlc. The beach access was not very convenient as they are doing some work on the sea wall and one of the pools is having some work done also which is fine but the description needs to be updated until the project is finished. We were unaware of the complete self check in process and we had to search thru the email to find our room number luckily we found a very nice lady that helped us find our room. Over all it was a great trip.

Great location, beach is beautiful, some updates needed to update building. Main pool closed still, listing does not reflect that main pool closed due to storm damage. Side pool still open. Emailed evolve with questions on arrival no answers

My stay here for the ROLEX was perfect. Plenty of parking and getting in and out was seamless. It was a little confusing to find the room, so know that the parking and elevator are in the center of the two buildings. But elevator was right to your door. It was beautiful waking up to the waves from the balcony each morning. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Great location for bikers close to strip but not so close you hear the noise from the strip. Clean room and quiet building. Holding was really old and dated but would definitely stay again.

The ocean view is amazing and the restaurant is marvelous!

We had a bit of trouble finding our room as the street address covers multiple buildings but my 3am call for assistance was answered promptly and friendly. This is an older building and there was hurricane damage but the description is spot on and was just the sort of property I was looking for. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching sunrises and moonrises. Just amazing view. The beach was not quite as accessible because Hurricane Ian took out the steps but that is a temporary problem and we were just glad to still make our trip just one week after the storm. Very enjoyable stay. Also, make sure you eat at Adam’s Egg, the restaurant on the entrance to parking. We made the mistake of not eating there until the morning we left and that was foolish. It is a bright, clean, and cheery restaurant with amazingly good food and the Blues playing in the background. Have the Stuffed French Toast with orange marmalade, ham, and cream cheese. Holy cow!

My daughter and I rented and we really enjoyed ourselves. We wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be able to stay there again sometime. I think anyone that stays there will enjoy it.

Great place to stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location and access to the beach was spot on. We loved watching the sunrise from our balcony each morning. The complex needs to fix the elevator though. This unit is on the 3 floor. So if a person really and truly needed the elevator, it was not always dependable. We just used the stairs. However this is no fault to the owner of this condo, If we ever come back to Daytona Beach for a vacation, we would defiantly stay here again. Pat and Jon Feb 2022

Beach view

Great value, awesome view. Room was very clean. Internet went out but was taking care of the next day. So felt like I was in a wrestling match with the shower head and hose LOL wish I could have enjoyed the beach but worked. Will stay again
