Beach getaway

Loved the house, it was very clean and wonderfully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so spacious. Loved the screened in porch. It was only a short walk to the beach and the house had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach with you.. Will definitely come back!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast! Place is clean ( some sand still on floor ) and beachy themed ! Multi level and nice space . Short walk to beach. Pool table was fun ( has too for ping pong but one side was broke ). Small backyard for our pup but grass was long. We enjoyed our stay !

Beautiful property. The main floor is located on the 2nd floor, absolutely loved the screen enclosed terrace leading from the family room. Careful with spiders (size of a silver dollar) we found several but it's to be expected.

Nice Home in a Great Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this home. It is a beautiful large and roomy home. The location is wonderful as you are within a 30-minute drive of most anything you want to do. We were a group of 4 couples, and each had a king size bedroom with their own bath. One even had a rain shower. The open Kitchen, dining and living room make being together easy and comfortable. We did have to bring in some of the porch seating for all of us to have seating in the living room. It is a short walk from a private beach, and we enjoyed our walks there. We did however have some issues. The beds are all very uncomfortable. They are very low to the ground and rather soft because they do not have box springs. Not all of the showers have handheld shower heads and that is most important. The locked 75-degree setting on the thermostat got hot during our stay in February and I can only imagine how it would be in the summer heat. We really needed instructions for the television and there were not any. We wanted to see how beautiful the fireplace was when lit but there were no instructions for that either. The kitchen is well supplied but two of the skillets are in bad shape and need to be replaced.

Daytona 500!

Stayed here with a group of friends. Location is a quick drive to Daytona, St Augustine, and several other local attractions so it was perfect for us. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable! Some of our guests even asked me if I would check what brand of mattresses were in the downstairs bedrooms!

Perfect Beach Location

This is a very convenient, comfortable and attractive vacation rental! The location is just perfect- 5 minute walk to the ocean, where you can walk on the beach for miles. A paved bike trail is at the end of the street, and tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and Publix for groceries are all within 2 miles. After all that exercise, the hot tub was a luxurious finish to each day. We cooked all our meals here, and the kitchen was well stocked. There are empty lots on 2 sides, so there was some greenery. The large, screened- in deck right off the main living area was a nice plus. We were traveling with another couple, and appreciated that there were 2 master suites. We had a wonderful time here!

Milestone Birthday weekend

Perfect place for a group to gather and celebrate a 60th birthday. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and the spacious kitchen, dining and living area made it perfect for entertaining.

Lovely house close to the beach

We are a family of 7, ranging in age from 40 to 88, plus a Standard Poodle. This house gives everyone their own space, plus a large kitchen/dining/living area for all to gather. There is a fenced yard for pets to run around in, plus a hot tub for the people. The house was very clean and well stocked. We have stayed at one of this owners other properties before, so we knew she would be responsive if anything arose. There are a lot of steps, so that is something to keep in mind if there are older people in your group. It really is just 1/2 block from the beach, and it’s a very nice beach to walk on. Very pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Family vacay

House overall very nice, front door battery died and never could get garage door to open from code. Shower shelves needed repair- wouldn’t hold shower supplies. Ice make in fridge didn’t work. An outside hose to rinse feet would have been very nice - one that didn’t leak. Overall, we had a great week- just things to make it that much better.

Wonderful House!

This was a wonderful house for our multi family vacation. Great location, the walk to the beach is easy even with kids since it is just down the quiet street. The house had everything we needed and we especially loved the screened in porch. The only recommendation I would make is to install towel hangers in all the bathrooms (some had these missing) and a toilet paper roll holder to the downstairs bathroom. It is also perfectly located between St. Augustine and Daytona. Easy drives to both! We would definitely rent this house again!
