The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, whilst retaining many original features including exposed beams and brickwork. Arranged over three floors, this home has been lovingly designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable space. The ground floor has a wonderful, sociable open plan design with a cosy sitting room with brick hearth and wood burner, dining table seating four guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. A stable door leads from the kitchen to the enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, the perfect place for morning coffee or an early evening aperitif. On the first floor is the principal bedroom and the large bathroom, and on the second floor is the twin bedroom. Riley Cottage would be ideally suited for a couple or a family with young children, and you can bring your four-legged friend with you as the cottage is pet friendly. Middle Street is the perfect location for a seaside holiday stay in Deal, Kent. Being just a few minutes away from Deal High street, where you are spoilt for choice with friendly restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and independent shops. The beautiful pebbled seafront of Deal is also minutes away, for you to be able to enjoy the fresh sea air for the whole of your holiday. Deal train station is just a short walk/drive away, where you can catch the fast train to London St Pancras in just over an hour. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
