“We stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful time and will certainly be returning. Debbie and her husband were absolutely fantastic and very communicative throughout our stay. The cabins were nice and cozy. We would recommend bringing bug repellent and bed sheets/blankets. The AC was really good in the cabin and we had a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommended!!”

“Unit 1 can potentially sleep 6 people. We had an adult couple & 3 teens & it was a little small for sleeping, but it was adequate. The bed in the loft can possibly sleep 2 people, if they are children. The loft also gets a little warm compared to the lower part of the cabin. We used the cabin only for sleeping, changing, bathroom. We did not cook there but the cabin has enough utensils, etc for having meals. Refrigerator/freezer was adequate. Love the location - access to Little Crooked……

“The Grain Binn was just perfection from every space and view!! Sometimes you find what you think is a great place to stay based on the description and then when you get there things don’t quite look the same as the pictures. NOT THE CASE WITH THE GRAIN BINN!!!!! The Grain Binn is perfection everywhere you look, so much time and thought went into the decor of this place and the comfort level is off the charts from the inside to outside these hosts have thought of everything….a snack basket and……

“Rates and fees were very confusing. Night to night the rental price fluctuated wildly. Then there were additional fees that added a significant amoubt to a four night stay. When they say tiny cabin they mean it. So just be aware that if you are into "glamping" it might not be for you. Musty/mildew smell from the bath (I think) permeated the space as did the smell from the refrigerator. Not unexpected from a trailer cabin in the woods. Bright spots included WiFi, coffee, tea snd snacks……
