“This is a former "palace" (really a chateau), which has been converted to a hotel. It is in an isolated location. We called ahead, and they kept the dining room open for almost 1/2 an hour until we arrived!! The staff was extremely helpful. Our room was very large, with a very high ceiling, but was very sparsely and cheaply furnished. The plumbing was bizarre- the room bathroom had two taps, and both delivered very hot water.
