“Hosts were great answering texts very quickly. The place was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and ready for us. We cookedOn the bbq, which was a good feature too. Beds were comfortable and the location was exactly what we were looking for. I will use again for our next trip to PA. ”

“Very nice property, clean, attentive hosts, easy check-in and check-out.”

“This house is really nice and big. We stayed with 3 other couples and kids. Everyone had their own space. Everything you need is in the house. Only issue, and it was small, is you have to go through security at the gate for everything, entry, deliveries. Not a big deal, but it is a gated community.”

“Exactly what we were looking for when we booked. Javier was very responsive prior to and throughout our stay. He provided several local activities and stores nearby for supplies. The house was just as the pictures showed and was spotless. All the lights, appliances, heaters, electronics, etc. worked making our stay effortless to enjoy. The hot tub heated up quickly and maintained a good temperature for the duration of our 3 night stay. We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and Javier had……

“The floors sagged horribly in the center of house from settling. Nearly 1" step (no thresholds) from exterior rooms to the center because they put a thick tile floor in to mask the unlevel floors. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Bathroom sink flopped all around because a broken nut. All coffee mugs has coffee stains we had to clean. Fridge refused to keep cool, even when on max setting. Dryer had 3 s curves in the exhaust hose that prevented dryer from exhausting properly, on top of……

“⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️ We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up. Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM. Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already……

“My stay here was wonderful! Check in and out was easy. The accommodations were immaculately clean and decorated in such a warm, welcoming way! The owner placed some goodies, including fresh eggs from her chickens, in the fridge for me. Having a full kitchen was also a huge plus for me! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor-take a little getaway to the Nesting Place!”

“Everything is fine we love the place beautiful well maintained the only thing we didn’t like was that the back patio door doors did not lock and there was no lock for the front screen door outside of that everything else was fine”

“Amazing place with its own community pool and lake, a lot of games for the kids, overall super nice place in the mountains.”

“Perfect quick stay. Right on the water to relax.”

“Some things we liked: the TV is huge, couch and upstairs bed are comfy, the private dock, felt like a safe location, responsiveness of the host, board games provided Some things we didn’t like: none of the fire alarms were installed (they were all sitting on top of the cupboards in a pile), the breaker to the fridge, washer, and back room tripped more times than I can count on my fingers and toes for a 4-night stay, wet towels left in the washer, comforter in the small room smelled like urine,……
