The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. The property offers a private balcony and a shared outdoor area with a small pool (open from 10 am to 10 pm) and a garden. Additionally, there are 2 shared terraces that can be used for drying laundry. The property is situated just a short drive from a range of supermarkets and a sports centre with a heated pool. Furthermore, the Ebro river promenade is located within walking distance, while a number of beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A parking space is available in a garage, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
