“Grossest hotel I've ever stayed in. Coffee pot had dried old moldy coffee in the bottom. Refrigerator had dead bugs and grime in the crisper drawer. Cigarette burn through my bedspread. Microwave oven had exploded food all over the top, sides, and bottom. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Ironing board had mold on the cover as well as somebody's used Band-Aid stuck to it. Headboard of bed had visible oil stains from somebody's back leaning on it while they watched TV. Shower curtain had……

“The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!”

“The hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. If you need to check in early, be prepared to pay an additional fee. For a similar price, I would recommend staying at a Hilton, where early check-in is often available at no extra charge when rooms are ready. The property is dated and could really use renovations. The beds were old, well worn, and appeared to be broken down. Every time you moved, the bed creaked and sounded like it was about to fall apart, making it difficult to get a……

“The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 ”
