“Very friendly service, the hotel is comfortable and clean and the location is super convenient. The bedsheets were a little ripped and worn but very clean. There are lots of elevators/lifts so getting around the hotel is quick and easy. The rooms are well soundproofed, no loud noise from the station nextdoor. I had an issue with the safe in the room but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and it was sorted within 5 minutes. The breakfast is okay, it's easy to get a table. I really……

“The location of this hotel is great, and convenient. I took the shuttle bus (Glasgow Airport Express 500) from the Glasgow airport and stop is just right in front of the George Carlton Hotel. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk is friendly and professional. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and the bed is very comfortable. I took the breakfast in the hotel which is located at 7th floor with great food. I will stay in this hotel for my next visit to Glasgow.”

“One night stay to attend a concert so didnt really spend too much time in the hotel. We were on tbe Penthouse level which was only served by one lift which was very slow to respond. Room was very nice and modern and had a balcony which will have a great view once all the extensive construction work is completed. A bit noisy even with the window closed and despite being on the 10th floor, work starts at 7am! That aside we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend”

“Yotel Hotel酒店房間內基本照明不足；且沒有提供如拖鞋、飲用瓶裝水、電熱水器、牙刷、飲用品、行李架等的基本用品或設施。個人覺得以一間“酒店”而非“青年旅舍”標準作為收費的房間，酒店方不應及不能借環保為由而去剝削或削減客人付費應享的服務、設備、日用品及客房清潔服務等，而實則是為減省自身營運成本及增加利潤。酒店所處位置不錯，便於出行、餐飲及購物。”
