“Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. ”

“酒店有床铺有虫子！”

“The hotel Was under construction. I don't mind that however , our room was maybe just completed. The elevator inspection notice was from 2024. We took the stairs, It was kind of scary to be in. The bathroom Floor wasn't tacked down. The bathroom door didn't stay closed. The toilet barely flushed. Due to construction the gym was not set up yet. I usually hit the gym everyday. Not very happy with the price point and what I recieved. 281.00 total For two nights I expected things to be in a bit……

“Clean room and hotel, friendly staff”

“Rooms were not very clean, they need more than one person at the desk during the morning rush. Breakfast was ok. Pool chlorine was so high the grandkids couldn't swim, much less stand to be in the pool room.”

“My room was not very good. Closet door was broken and dirty. Piping for the shower head was rusty. Tile on the bathroom floor was grungy. The caulking job was wretched and pealing off. Mold on the tile in the shower. Hair on my toilet seat when I went in for the first time. The door to my room had been broken into recently and wasnt fixed. I could see into my room from the outside.”

“Propreté de la chambre était exécrable. Baignoire crasseuse, des poissons des ancien locataire. Les baignoires avec le fond rouillé. Même après avoir changé de chambre, s'était pareille. Nous avons donc demandé un remboursement immédiat et changé d'emplacement. Nous avons des réservations à toutes les fins de semaines dans des hôtels au Canada et Etats-Unis, cet emplacement est de loin le pire jamais vue. La chaîne hôtelière Qualité Inn n'est plus pour moi une option malheureusement.”

“When you first arrive at the hotel, you’d have to go through the horrendous potholes that almost took my car out. Before going into our room, the key card wouldn’t work sometimes. Housekeeping covering a new sheet over dirty old moldy sheets under it. The lamp and desk had no stability to it. Lamp kept falling while the chair was creaking. The shower knob…the first night I thought the hot water would slowly turn on warmer, but quickly realize the cold and hot signs is on the wrong side smh. The……

“This hotel is a real dive! Very disorganized front desk - they tried to give me a smaller room than I paid for - then put me on the third floor which is smoking - and no elevator. The outside had a lot of cig bits and empty alcohol bottles. Outside doors did not latch so no security. Finally, the mattress was flipped to the spring side- who only knows why. DO NOT believe the 5 star reviews - they have to be FAKE!”

“Pool area featured enough chairs so we could sit together comfortably while enjoying an open yet calm space that didn't disturb others staying there”
