Pros- Space, backyard, Lighting fixtures, showers, neighborhood Cons- Dirty freezer, bedroom and shower. Only 1 TV in entire house, No locks on doors, quiet a few insects were in home and around windows. Used underwear and clothes were in drawers in main room.

Comfortable and cozy

We stayed at the house most of the time because it was a comfortable great house. But it was very close to lots of shops and a walking trail around a lake. I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation!

Great location

Enjoyed the house and garden. Listing in Vrbo is a little confusing, definitely 3 bed, 2 bath. Doors cannot be locked, which was a little weird for a group of friends. Location is great for trips into the city and hiking destinations around Denver. Just was great and easy to reach. All in all great stay!

Great, cozy home in heart of Denver

My family and I were very comfortable. There was a big snowstorm in the days before our stay. Owner had the snow cleared from the driveway and walkway, which I *greatly* appreciated. Kids built snowmen in the backyard. Easy access to everything thing in Denver.

Only 1 drawback

We enjoyed the property but there was no place to hang clothes or any drawers as listed in description. Also found a pair of nail clippers on table that did not belong to us when we left and came back. Overall would stay there again.

Modern stay in delightful brick bungalow

Older exterior but modern and bright inside... Kitchen updated with dishwasher and beautiful countertops while still keeping old fashion charm. Backyard area has a great BBQ and comfortable table allowing conversation and family and friends to relax.. Quiet neighborhood as well...

The perfect house for our group of 8

We loved our stay at this house. The location is great, and the house was plenty big enough for our group of eight. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was spotless when we arrived. Overall, it was a positive experience for us.

Greate family house

Comfortable and convenient

This home accommodated our family for a graduation at Regis University. The kitchen is very functional and the back yard is a nice bonus. Plenty of seating and the 2 bathrooms were sufficient. Will keep in mind for our next stay in the area.
