Sleeping 12 people, 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, this comfortable suburban home offers a new hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, and fenced in yard. Walk out basement includes an air hockey table, day bed, recliners, and separate kitchen area with new mini fridge to relax day to night with the family. Fiber WiFi available and smart TVs in the living areas to enjoy any entertainment. This home is the ideal place to gather.

Urbandale home
The home was clean, great location. We visited with family with kids, the basement was perfect for them with 2 beds and air hockey. 3 bedrooms on top floor. Plenty of room. Only thing was the bedrooms don’t have tv’s. The living room has a fireplace electric which was nice on cool evenings and mornings. Thank you

Christmas in Iowa
My husband & I meet with our adult children's little families in Iowa every year. This year was extra special as the "kids" live all over the country. This home was the perfect place for us to gather together. We were able to cook traditional family meals and hang out. This home is clean, spacious & inviting. There was even a Christmas tree & pack n'play! The home is only a few miles from Living History Farms. We were able to check out the beautiful Christmas light disply. I would recommend this property if you are planning to visit central Iowa.

Family Friendly property in Urbandale
The property was well stocked with necessities plus lots of extras which helped make our stay enjoyable. The host even offered to bring ice scrapers for our vehicles when it snowed. I definitely recommend this property and the host!

Great fit for our family
Great home with lots of room, in a nice neighborhood, and conveniently located near interstates and shopping. It accommodated our 8 person family very well with lots of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Great affordable price with a nice quality hot tub and air hockey table that our family greatly enjoyed. Very responsive and helpful host who was helpful and quick at answering questions. Check out was very simple which we super appreciated. Would certainly stay here again.

Convenient and nice hottub
I typically go for the best deals and this place was a great deal especially with the hottub. Place was clean, nothing good or bad to say of the management as there weren't any issues. Family lives close so the place is convenient and overall a good spot to stay. Would go here again for the value and the nice hottub.

Great family spot
We had a great stay here! Everything seems new and it was very clean! It was perfect for our family to spread out and have space, while also close to plenty of amenities. We will definitely be back!
