“I like the setting of structure, very comfortable, looks like a “home”. The front desk and the gold coach is very impressive. Clean and beautiful!”

“Room was a ok. My husband said he felt like he was in prison. lol The room was roomy but it could be better. The bathroom is still the same 20 years old floor and tub/shower. The blinds barely cover the window. We used to stay there 15-20yrs ago. I don’t think we will stay there again. The front desk staff was great though.”

“Went to stay here they couldn’t find my reservation then told me Expedia”

“This is an iconic older property with a GREAT location. Nice room. Walk to the beach, walk to the bridge, walk to a variety of restaurants. Very pet friendly. Pleasant pool. Big change this year: bizzare overseas booking/billing "service". Expedia was very much superior in this regard. I booked the room in Canadian dollars, paid with my Canadian credit card, and was billed in Euros !!! Bloody Euros! Still haven't sorted that out, but the AI team in Austria tells me it is my responsibility to……

“Excellent family house on the lake side of the 95, north Havasu. Quiet neighborhoods. We should have brought our buggy; it’s nestled right up to the perfect spot to off-road. Lots of beds, bathrooms and space. Clean kitchen & living areas. Pool was wonderful. We had a great family week in this home.”

“The house worked great for us as we looked to purchase a home in the area. The pool was nice for cooling off and floating around. It is big enough to get in some laps.We didn't make use of the hot tub, with the higher outdoor temps. The host is very responsive and was actually our house hunting Agent.”

“Great place! Good location and it was quiet in the area. The apartment was nice and super comfortable, we would def stay again!”

“Lauren was wonderful! So pleasant to work with. Just the best!!”

“Beautiful and clean place with everything that you need. It’s close to the lake, grocery and convenience stores. Great place for family vacations.”

“This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a quick Havasu get away. The condo was easy to access, clean, great location, and there were nice touches to the place. We appreciated the chargers, sound machine, Keurig, and kitchen utensils and dishes. Everything was in good working order, and there were plenty of towels, and paper accessories. We also appreciated having access to the RV/boat parking area. It made it much easier for us to prepare for our days on the water. Thank you for……

“Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.”

“The property was great, close to the lake and amenities. Our family had an amazing time and even enjoyed the pool.”

“This property is excellent! Even better than the photos. Our only hiccup was that the door code wasn’t sent and we had to message the host. They got right back to us. This was not our first choice, we had booked a less expensive property, but was canceled on just two days before because the air conditioner went out VRBO Cares helped us find this property in the same community. Location and amenities drew us to this property. The linens were exceptional, I want those sheets for my bed! Also……

“Teri's Cozy Condo was exactly that. Super clean, comfy bed with great pillows, everything you need is there for you to use.Location is quiet, complex is clean and safe. 5 minute drive to the beach, grocery store is 3 minutes away.I will definitely stay here again next time I plan on going to Lake Havasu”

“Great stay! Beds were super comfortable!”

“The main house smelled like heavy cleaner or air freshener, mixed with dog pee. There is dog pee drizzled down the corner wall trim in between the living room and kitchen as well as in the garage. The house had several different bugs inside. The pool was dirty. The house comfortably accommodated 9 of us and 2 dogs. We did reach out to the host regarding the bugs, but they denied that there were bugs as their home is professionally cleaned. It's a nice house and property, but definitely needs to……

“We did not bring any pets . It was nice to park our vehicle in the garage . Hot tub was nice and clean . We would stay here again . ”
