“Poor cleanliness of the rooms. The faucets are dirty and stained, the shower drains are clogged and flood when showering, you end up standing in 3 inches of soapy water. Barebones amenities, two coffee pods for a 5 day stay, with no sugar/milk/water. Two towels and no laundry detergent to wash them (had to buy our own), no hook for a hand towel. Not enough toilet paper.
