“Molly was superb with her quick response with all of our questions. She was very helpful before and during the stay. The property was not as clean as we would have expected. But it wasn’t terrible. It would’ve been nice with more transparency with regard to pricing breakdown details. If the property can sleep 12 and we had 10 people including three children, why were there charges for extra guests?”

“We did not realize one of the beds is a full size and the other one is a twin. There were four adults…👀 Also, the full size room had no door or curtain for privacy. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Side note the AC works great but very noisy as well as the road noise was very loud.”

I sent numerous messages with no response and had to resort to calling the number provided for urgent issues. The internet service went down and with no explanation all day. Eventually restored later that night. The person I spoke to was pleasant, but couldn’t help with the internet. She did bring over the towels I requested immediately. The host never responding to any messages during the entire stay……
