“I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. Nice guy, don’t get me wrong. As a past victim of domestic violence; I was already on guard when we pulled up and saw a guy……

“Our stay at this lake house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more spacious than the photos show. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy blankets for relaxing evenings by the water.The lake views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise with coffee on the deck and at sunset by the fire pit. “10/10 This was a wonderful stay! This honestly was one of the nicest stays we have ever had anywhere! The hosts have thought of just about every little detail--no guessing, no last second run for toilet paper. The house is relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the TVs are massive, the WiFi just works right, and you are literally 10 minutes or less from EVERYTHING in Ruston. We laughed as our GPS routed us a different way every time we went to LATech. We loved the stay, and we look forward to……
