We had six adults (3 couples), and it is not the ideal set-up for that (1 larger bed bedroom, 2nd bedroom had bunk bed, and 3rd sleeping place was a futon in the main living area with room for one adult. Fortunately we are good friends. ”

“This was such a fun, unique place to stay. Very close to amenities (Lexington, Richmond, etc.). The beds are very comfortable. The place is roomy, the decor works - lots of interesting antiques. We enjoyed our short stay.”

“This location was conveniently located to local restaurants and the UK campus. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the inside was just like the pictures: upgraded and clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The only complaint would be the water pressure is not great in the shower. The closet is pretty big, and bed was comfortable. We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. It was nice to have a VRBO that we……

“We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a wonderful property. It is very cozy, and the beds are fantastic. About our only criticism would be more that there was not a lot of lighting in the primary bedroom and that there needed to be a better non-stick skillet or two for the kitchen. Also, for those with kiddos, the stairs to the loft are very steep. Property is perfect for adults though, and the location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. ”
