“Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price.”

“This has to be the nicest hotel in Ercolano. We have been traveling and staying at hotels throughout Italy. This one was my favorite. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ercolano or Pompeii. Its near the train station and the stop/ pick up for the express shuttle for Mount Vesuvius. ”

“Super overpriced. Most expensive one among 3 hotels (35% to 50% more, the other one in Sorrento too and closer to train station) but family thinks this is the cheapest. Room is extremely outdated while charged a EU price in the south Italy! Owner is business polite but no more. Feels cold and ignorance in responding messages compared to other 2 hotels. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
