“We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. Our host was good about checking in with us; communicating well. It snowed the first night we were there. We left early the next morning to explore the area, and when we returned the front and back entrances were shoveled, including the path to the garbage can and recycling bin. “The hosts were very welcoming, the property was just perfect, the 10 credit at the bar downstairs was very nice, and we enjoyed a few of the snacks provided. The location is within walking distance of a nice Kroger grocery store and many restaurants. Just across the river in Cincinnati are lots of museums, theaters, restaurants, and other attractions. I was perfect location, with perfect hosts, and a perfect room! We will be staying there again on our next visit.”

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
