“It was a perfect place to spend my vacation. The area was lovely and quiet. I felt safe and secure. The rain maker shower just the right end to long days. I hope its available for my future stays.”

“If you pass on this place it's your loss. Super quaint and very clean. Well thought out so it has all the essentials you need. Remember this is in-town so will not be as quiet as if you are in a cabin in the woods. Just a little small town noise, was actually enjoyable to us. I highly recommend a stay here for a night or two.”

“Clean nicely furnished & decorated little 1 br house on the Jim Ned. It had everything we needed for our weekend. 1 comfortable king bed, & air mattresses provided for additional guests. Lots of room, nice outdoor area & all the comforts & necessities of home. Would recommend. Can't wait to go back.”

“First of all, I messaged the host to be considerate about our change in visitor count and never received a reply! All the other reviews indicated how responsive the host was for them but not for me!! I have had no response at all about thanking us for our stay or how clean we left the property! There was dust on the living room walls and dust on bedroom ceiling fans!! Yuk! The furniture covers were a little odd.. you sit down and then find these strange plastic objects stuck in the couch!! ( I……

“I have never written a bad review but this property needs attention. To start the grass was shin high, the porch was filthy couldn’t set on any furniture out there. The front screen door handle fell off and we had to put it back on and tighten it. There was dog hair and people hair balls everywhere. I had to vacuum first thing. The window seals were dirty and spider webs everywhere. Bathroom tub did not drain well due to a hair ball in the drain. The bunk beds are for children but would still be……

“We enjoyed our stay very much! Perfect peaceful getaway with a stunning view from the hot tub. Host was very nice and accommodating! Would definitely book again!”

“I looked forward to this stay. It was a romantic getaway for 2. It exceeded all expectations! Private, quiet, beautiful location and views. The extra amenities provided by the host were super nice! Cubed ice for whisky! Chocolate! A couple bottles of the good stuff! Great bedroom! Great living room! Pictures are accurate if not understated. There is nobody around for it seems like over a hundred acres! If you and your lover want to get away from it all and have quality time - you could……
