“Others should’ve been more transparent about their stay here and I wouldn’t have booked. So I’ll try and be more honest. This is a much older hotel but it was very clean and the staff were extremely nice. It’s very close to the water taxi port and centered around lots of popular tourist spots. There is no elevator so you have to pack your luggage up stairs but they only have 4 levels. The building is hot and smelly like mildew but the a/c was good in the rooms. For what I paid I could’ve got……

“Everything as advertised and then some. What a great place and wonderful stay! Diana (the host) and Crystal (housekeeping) made me part of their little family complete with assorted pets and animals (resident dogs, chickens and iguanas). And, as well as, inviting me along gor social activities such as a local weekly trivia game night. I have been to many guesthouses and B&B’s all over the world and this was a first rate operation. From help booking day trips, renting a golf cart, restaurant……

“I liked the room, which advertised kitchenette; however there was no kitchenette. None of the amenities listed are in the room. In fact no food is allowed in the room-including coffee (no coffee maker) and you don’t want to see me before I get coffee! Also, your not allowed to flush toilet paper! The road is only wide enough for a golf cart and is bumpy and full of potholes, but you have to drive about 20 minutes to secret beach, which is the only decent beach. I do not recommend Feathers and……

“This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.”

“The grounds were very well maintained on a daily basis. Landscaping is wonderful, large trees to provide shade, house iguanas, and give a Belize jungle vibe. We met a lot of fun people while sharing the kitchen area. Our host cared for our needs, ranging from our golf cart rental to restaurant suggestions. She invited us to share a meal and visit. The room was cleaned regularly. Our shower was outside under a tree. Which was pretty cool.”

“First impression of the apartment was welcoming and extremely clean. The kitchen was equipped for all of our cooking needs. The room was large, bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect especially the rain shower head. We particularly enjoyed our time in the pool and was excellent for doing laps.”
