“Property worked well for our party of 6. However, a house that sleeps 6 should also have comfortable seating for 6 in the living room. And a bit more silverware available. In all, we would enjoy coming back.”

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any……

“Great location, 10 minutes walk to the center of Cruz Bay, restaurants and shops. Although the way back is a continuous steep climb, however the difficult journey is compensated by other advantages of the villa.The Starfish Market, E&C Gas/Service Station and trash containers just 5 minutes drive away. Exit to N Shore Road leading to all major beaches and Mongoose Junction Shopping Center also 5 minutes drive away.The villa itself is very cozy and comfortable with two bedrooms. The living room……

“Our stay at Arc was outstanding from meeting our BookVI host at the house for a walkthrough to the house itself. The kitchen & great room were large and more than accommodated our party of six. Kitchen was well appointed with all types of serving ware, pans, utensils and appliances. Pool was crystal clear, warm and had multiple chairs & floats.
