“I strongly advise American, European, and other international travelers to reconsider staying at this property. During my stay, two women stole my iPhone, laptop, and other valuable belongings from my hotel room. Security footage captured them leaving the property with my possessions. What was even more disturbing was the hotel’s response. Staff contacted the police before I arrived in the lobby, indicating they were already aware of the incident. Yet hotel personnel subsequently told police……

“Very good”

“Affordable, clean room, good service and breakfast… I little bit sketchy to walk at nights but great location to take Uber, lot of options nearby”

“Great staff. Room did have the amenities listed like cups or pots”

“Prior to my arrival, I received a link to upload a photo of my passport which I could not verify who it was going to and obligated me to sign a 12 page document in Spanish which I sign under protest because it should have been in English as well because I did not fully understand it. After a long flight, I Upon my arrival to the building, there was no check in, it was a security person at a desk. She was rude and demanding. The guard’s main concern was obtaining/demanding a photo of my……

“This is a wonderful hotel in the center. Very attentive and helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable. The area is safe and close to restaurants, shopping and transportation.”

“No hay”

“The room was oddly shaped but had all basic necessities. You could hear people in the hallway as if they were in your room. There were a few small insects so I kept everything closed up and off the ground. The AC didn’t appear to work but it wasn’t super necessary. The tv would not connect for me to streaming services. The location was not really walkable, but I was only staying one night between the airport and cerro la Monserrate and a food tour, so it was exactly halfway between where I……

“It was fine.”

“Excellent location. Safe area for walking, shopping and restaurants. Money exchange nearby. Excellent house keeping staff. Ample breakfast with eggs made to order. Good coffee”
