“Es sucio todo no hay limpieza a la habitación y el gimnasio está sucio igual el sauna cobran a parte cuando lo incluyen en el anuncio y estaba sucio igual y nunca limpiaron la habitación”

“I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. The apartment……

“The property has an excellent location in a relatively safe quiet residential area and at the same time offering walking distance to Colombia mainstream businesses/shopping as well as a short taxi ride to downtown Bogota. This property could use a bit of general investment in basics like door bathrooms which don’t close. Otherwise, great value and great location.”

“We had a very warm and comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly.”

“Parking is not included though it is listed as one of the amenities. They say you can contact them for an early check-in, except they don’t answer your messages. The smell of fabuloso in the room is migraine-inducing. They place a cot in the living room and somehow that along with the main bed is supposed to accommodate 4 guests. The workers may be rather underpaid because it’s apparent they don’t want to be there. Just stay away for peace of mind.”
