“Property was awesome! A little tucked away but worth it. The bed was comfortable and it is a very peaceful and quiet area, until I set the smoke alarm off trying to bake a pizza. Sorry again. 10/10 would stay again!”

“This house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The living room was spacious & the bedrooms were comfortable. The master bedroom was quite large & spacious. Our host, Tye, was very good at communicating with us & even allowed us to check in a little early which we really appreciated after our long drive. Would definitely stay here again!”

“It was good. However it doesn’t have AC, or an oven however it showed both of that on the listing I just didnt pay attention. and the hot water was kinda a struggle situation because you had to go under the sink in the kitchen and fix it. The blinds broke downstairs on the second day and it was completely see thru so there wasn’t much privacy but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s okay.”

“So impressed by how they have thought of every little thing to make the stay comfortable. The space is just as described, even the amazing view. I was only there for a weekend, but was so comfortable I could have stayed longer. The host is fabulous.”

“It was fine - although couldn't get the heat to work- waterless toilet was not great- didn't like that.”

“This property had everything I needed for my stay in the area. It was pretty clean. Very comfortable. Communication with Marian was great. I wasn't around for breakfast, but it was offered everyday and I'm sure it would have been wonderful. I would stay here again.”

“Over-rated in my opinion. Very pricey for what you get and seems weird to check in. The view is also not great as they claim. Very small space and no hot water.”

“We would highly recommend this place.”

“Plenty of room for a family getaway. Host was very responsive when needed. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“House was as shown in pics. Very roomy!! No AC in house but was able to keep mostly cool by opening windows. Lots of instructions but very clear. Enjoyed our stay!”

“It was cool, in a great area, but had some drawbacks. Water pressure wasn’t good, the directions for trash and how to get there were not the best. Also no air conditioning. ”

“This home was a great space for our family get together! There was plenty of room for us to come together, have meals, and play games. There was also space and privacy when we needed a break from the chaos! The home was very clean and the views were amazing! We really enjoyed watching the wild turkeys and the deer roaming in the meadow behind the house in the mornings. The front window also had a perfect view of the iconic Castle Rock! Our hosts provided all necessary information and answered……

“Awesome property and great location for my team for the work commute we had while there. Tons of restaurants near the location.”

“We've never had such a wonderful stay as this one. Everything was immaculate. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They gave us fantastic recommendations for food and activities. The setting is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. You can't ask for a better place to stay.”

“We booked this house on short notice to get away for a bit, and it far exceeded our expectations. First off, this was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever set foot in. You can tell real care and quality go into maintaining this home—the space is generous, and the furniture is well-appointed and comfortable.Palmer Lake itself is a gem. We ate at the local spots, took scenic walks around the lake, watched the trains, checked out the shops, and hit the amazing local ice cream shop. The drive……
