“We had a wonderful stay in Frankston. It was off season and pleasantly quiet. The amenities provided at the condo were more than sufficient. With the Cole's and other shopping so close we rarely left the building. When we did go into Melbourne it was easy on public transit or UBER. We highly recommend this property for a great get away.”

“Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.”

“NEGATIVESNo Communication prior to check in, I had to make contact day prior to check in for details.We had issues with both showers, main bathroom, shower head wouldn’t stay up very well had to hold while showering… Ensuite shower had major draining issues, with water going out into the rest of the bathroom, as with the sink. Owner wanted to come and look but didn’t suit…(he was already aware of issue from a previous review) another concern the smoke alarm is not installed on the ceiling, is……

“We had a great stay at this spacious property. Kitchen was well stocked and the house and gardens were really nice. We did have some WiFi connectivity issues at the back of the house, with the extender not fully functional but otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks very much.”
