“My family recently stayed at this place, a newly opened hotel, and everything still feels fresh and clean. We booked a family apartment, which was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The interior design is modern, and the beds are great. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection yet, but the food was fresh.
Since the hotel is still new, there are a few small things to improve, for example, the elevator was a bit slow. But overall, these are minor issues and didn’t affect our stay……

They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. During check-out, the staff patiently asked for our feedback one by one and sincerely cared about our opinions. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated their professionalism. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
