“A nice, peaceful getaway. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is one of the most comfortable. The entire house is well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could want. Everything we needed was there. The front porch is really great with comfortable furniture and live plants everywhere. The host is VERY responsive to messages. We never had to wait for an answer. In fact when we ran out of propane for the outdoor……

“The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot”

“Exceptional stay! The Milkhouse was comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean, and had thoughtful touches throughout! Our family loved the extra breakfast supplies left for us in the refrigerator, comfortable beds, magazines, books, games, and of course the pool table! The property is absolutely beautiful, and we highly recommend this lovely home. The hostess was kind and inviting – you will love staying here!!”
