However, do not book this property if you are expecting air conditing. It had an evaporated cooler which did not cool the pod at all. And in August it was so miserable.We also experienced a heavy amount of bugs. Lots of little bugs on the floor that we had to kill and no broom was left to clean it up or to clean up the sand……

“You get amazing views next to the lake all while it be quite low. Check-in and communication starting the day before arrival was efficient and accurate. Before you book please be aware this rental did not come with access to any hot water unless you boil it or go to the truck stop down the road. You are in nature so there’s bugs. LOTS!! Inside and out. You are surrounded by sand and natural elements so there’s same again, inside and out. Plan to bring all cooking supplies and utensils as……

“This is second year we have rented this lake house for a family reunion. They have improved the house with more grass and a fire pit. The grandkids loved the hot tub. We had an issue with a smoke alarm and the owner was quick to respond. This house is close to yuba and though it was cold we still enjoyed our stay.”
