“Great location but very noisy late night traffic on 1st Ave and poor insulation of windows in master bedroom due to installing portable AC unit and leaving gaps in window”

“This was a decent place to stay that was conveniently located near our son’s apartment. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. I will say the parking was a bit of a nightmare (typical Seattle) to figure out though, but we made it work. You’ll rarely find street parking available but there is a parking garage just a block or so over you can pay to park in. Overall we had a good stay.”

“A good location: quiet, safe. The property has a modern design flair and very clean, with adequate amenities. The communication with owners was effective and timely. I would recommend placing thicker curtains for the first floor windows so that whoever sleeps at the sofa bed can enjoy darker sleep”
