“Location is good. Walking distance to downtown NODA district. Nice off street parking. Cleaning up the outside overgrowth would make parking better. Plus, getting growth off of structure would make more appealing. The door had been kicked in at some point. This set the tone. Previous reviews did not tell the story. Bathroom floor is rotted and caving in. No amenities like previous reviews. No soap in bathroom and nothing to clean dishes with. Looked for dust pan for dirt we swept but no dice.……

“The house was amazing! So so clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. I loved all the eclectic art and knick knacks. The yard and patio was nice and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. My dog loved staying here. It was super easy to get in and out and the offstreet parking was very convenient. If I ever stay in Charlotte again I would definitely rebook.”
