The space had an unusual odor that was quite off-putting. We were told that the owner had stayed and self-cleaned. “Loved our stay! Our group was there for a girls weekend. The open floor plan on the main floor made it easy to gather throughout the day as a group of 12. We took advantage of the easy access to the beach and enjoyed sitting around bonfire by the water. The host was responsive when needed and minimal work was required for us at checkout which was very much appreciated. A few more cups and mugs in the kitchen would have made it perfect! We hope to be back soon!”

“The house is tucked away behind trees so it's not visible from the highway. Lighting at the doorway going into the garage where you enter the house. The house has nice big windows facing the lake. Beautiful view all day. The house is very roomy and lots of space to spread out. Outside is a porch with lawn chairs so you can send on the porch and the enjoy the view. There is also a small charcoal grill, table and chairs and off to the side of the porch is a fire pit. Kid friendly yard and house.”

The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect — close to every sightseeing spot in the UP.
