“The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. Also, not this host’s fault, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through……

“The property was gorgeous and very clean. The outdoor pool with a jungle view was breathtaking. Plenty of space and everything was very modern. Their chef makes a delicious breakfast and everything is fresh. The assistant manager Tiffani was truly amazing she helped with everything from beginning to end. She made sure our stay for a 5 star experience. I do a lot of traveling and this was definitely in my top 5 favorite stays. Thank you to Tiffani for answering all our questions and help. I……
