“The hotel was satisfactory overall. It had a pool, various amenities, a pool table, and other activities that helped keep my children and me occupied during the cloudy and windy days. Breakfast was delivered promptly after we ordered, and, as advertised, our apartment had a direct view of the ocean. However, I must strongly point out that this hotel is not wheelchair-accessible, which caused us significant difficulties. When I purchased the package—which was non-refundable—it stated that we……
