“Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience.”

“Beautiful cabin that has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. A lot of attractions within 30 min -1 h drive on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The hosts are great! Thank you Ray and Destiny - we will come again!”

“had a great time wife my family. Great location to a lot of activities. had almost everything you could need for a long stay.”

“Quiet road CLEAN and comfortable.”

“This was our second day at the Cellar @ JS Hubb’s. We really love the location as it’s a very short walk to the lake and also to all of the activities in town.. The host is just a text away and is very attentive! We will be back”

“Such a fun yurt and a peaceful location! We loved the proximity to activities and then relaxing with a glass of wine on the little balcony!”

“great space! can walk to the lake, shops and bars!”

“They property was exactly as described. I gave a good only because you could hear the tenants upstairs walking around and a child screaming down the hall a lot. Pam has no control over those things. What she can control was great”

“Lovely property in old historic building. It was decorated beautifully, and gets an A in cleanliness. It would be nice to have a couple of hooks to hang clothes since there is no closet. The loft bed was great, but as an older person, it would be nice to have a grab bar in the wall by the bed as you climb into it. Also, a couple of folding luggage racks to hold suitcases so they would not have to be on the floor. It was the perfect place for our two day stay and I would definitely stay……

“Very nice accommodations far away from any distractions. Excellent stay.”

“We enjoyed staying here, comfortable and spacious with a nice view. Enjoyed interacting with goats, Barb and BJ were very friendly”

“We were extremely comfortable in this beautiful home. The setting is so tranquil. You feel very close to the Earth. The sounds of nature is around you. The home was very comfortable and clean everything you need. Is there at your fingertip's. We will definitely keep this location in mind for any future trips and recommend this to others as well.”

“The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street.”

“The whole place was clean ans smelled good. Had to contact with a question about extra kids. Very pleasant and accommodating”

“Samantha was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful!! The location was perfect for our weekend.”

“Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly……

“Was never able to get our room!!!!”
